When such a serious accident occurs, victims and often their family need to know what caused the crash. During a difficult time when many decisions are being made, having accurate answers is important. Even though evening crashes can happen for a number of reasons, many times it is the result of poor visibility, distractions, road hazards, and/or alcohol. Since the accident occurred early Saturday morning, it is possible a bar was involved. It is imperative to consider all possible factors and preserve the evidence while it exists. If alcohol is suspected, proper testing will need to be done right away. Once authorities determine exactly what happened, those involved can begin to move forward with their lives.
